Grow Eyelashes: What Makes Eyelashes Grow Naturally

Like any other part of the body, hair must also receive adequate amount of nutrients that it needed. When eyelashes fall out because these have been damaged by putting on mascara, plucking or dyeing, a longer period of time must be waited to let it grow again.

Long eyelashes make one stand out. When a woman wants to learn various ways to grow her lashes, making her own ways is better and this means to grow eyelashes naturally. Full, thick and dark eyelashes are noticed even without makeup. That is the reason why many find solutions to enhance their eyelashes. Growing eyelashes can be done in instant but is usually temporary, or longer process but more permanently. Stimulating the eyelashes can be done inexpensively. These are simple and quick methods, with some usually found just inside the kitchen.
  1. Olive Oil. Utilize a clean brush and apply this in the same way that you do with mascara. When one does not have a mascara brush, apply by just rubbing the oil in between the thumb and finger. Do it every night and see the new hair growth after one or two months. The next hair growth will be healthier than the previous one. If the oil gets into the eyes, then rinse it in the water repeatedly and thoroughly.  In the morning, do not forget to wash off the oil using soap and water to keep dirt and dust off your fringe.
  2. Petroleum Jelly. Just like how the olive oil is applied to grow eyelashes, washing the face and removing eye makeups is are the first thing to consider. Use a clean brush of mascara to apply the jelly on, or the finger can also be used. Leave it overnight and wash it the following morning using water and mild soap.
  3. Nutritious Diet. Eat plenty of protein-rich food. For you to grow your eyelashes naturally, choose foods rich in Vitamins A, C and E like citrus fruits and green leafy vegetables. Vitamin C and E are two antioxidants that are important for normal hair growth and development. Vitamin C blocks the damaged hair from free radicals so it stays healthy and glowing. Vitamin E increases the scalp circulation for healthy scalp. Vitamin H (biotin) promotes faster hair growth and strengthens hair. It can be found on numerous cosmetic products and foods. It can usually found in sardines, almonds, bananas and whole grains.
  4. Less use of Mascara and eyeliner. Allow air to get into the lashes. Minimize the time when wearing makeup on eyes. This is the highly effective eye lash care technique. Wash it immediately when no longer needed.
  5. No to permanent kohl and eyelash tints. Since these products have not been approved by the FDA or Federal Drug Association, they will cause harm not just to the health of your lashes but your eyes as well. Kohl contains lead salts that induce lead poisoning, although many eye cosmetics abroad still use it as an ingredient.
  6. Manage stress. Along with poor eating habits, stress triggers dandruff and it weakens hair growth. This condition can cause dandruff that has a really bad effect on the growth of eyelashes, too.
Growing the eyelashes can be as natural as you can ever imagine through the use of the things mentioned above. At the end of the day, all it takes is patience in doing the process and consistency in everything that has been done for a perfect health care of the eyes and manage to grow eyelashes naturally and inexpensively.
